I really like this! I didn't notice the dithered fingerprints at first, but they lend such an interesting effect to the image!

Thank you, your animal-human hybrid OCs look great and I like the Windows XP inspiration and low-bit colours (and Word Art, I remember making those). The main text is a bit hard to read (cyan and white aren't the highest contrasting pair in the world), I just highlighted the text to read it. :3

I'm sorry the site was a flasbang! I've been looking for good colours to go with for a while. I noticed that on some devices the contrast is too high and you get that problem, yeah. I run with a slightly bleached version of the Pan flag colours. I'm never sure if I should flip the colours. I've grown to love the yellow and blue, but yeah, I need to find a better combo or just swap the red and yellow text colours.

At least as far as flipping the colours go, changing the foreground and background colours will keep the contrast ratio the same. Generally the ideal contrast ratio is higher than 3:1 (WebAIM has a free colour contrast checker you can use https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/). The dark blue you're using for links contrasts will with the background so you could use that
