the font is MS PGothic. you can download the webfont for it here. (https://humanityisnotbeautiful.neocities.org/MS-PGothic.woff, https://humanityisnotbeautiful.neocities.org/MS-PGothic.woff2) all you need to do after that is upload them to your website, and add this ('MS PGothic', 'ＭＳ Ｐゴシック',) to the front of the font-family tag in your stylesheet.
