Emptying your mind in a place where you feel calm. Contemplating the void and feel your blood pressure. You are alone with your thoughts. Thinking about your your past experience can be helpful to understand more clearly the future you are building. When you have the opportunity to decide your present, don't hesitate, don't have any regrets. Depression hits a lot of us, overthinking can be bad for your mind.

But it's only because you shaped it to destroy yourself that it hurts. Write over your feelings. Be careful with your acts. But there's no need to filter your thoughts. Your mind can go anywhere, and can make you travel without moving your cagebone. That's a power of being able to think. As long as you can remember the path you used and go back to your past "mind construction" to modify your own future thoughts.
